Uzay Makina manufacturer for bandsaw machines from Turkey, has launched the UMS0 800 SF Bandsaw. The UMS0 800 SF Bandsaw is a simple-to-use automatic bandsaws that with perfect bundle tubes and pipes feeding and sawing system. The feeding utilises an automatic shuttle vice feed system that handles up to upto 500 mm (optionally 1000 mm) in a single stroke. The shuttle vice system is driven via servo motor connected to zero backlash ballscrews and guided on high precision linear guides. The weight of the workpiece are always on the machine table and supported by the rollers this way the moving parts such as ballscrew, shuttle vice, servo motor does not have any extra load and will not have extra wearings. This band saw’s capacity is 800 mm at 90°.
The standard programmable length control (PLC) allows the operator to program the job, including both piece length and piece count.
These machines provide accurate cuts, and are ideal for bundle cutting. The machine is equipped with 54 mm blades resulting fast, reliable, accurate and clean cuts. Also standart equipped straight cutting detector does not let the blades to make any deviation cuts, you always get your desired straight cuts. With their high thickness plate machine body, large blades, and array of standard features, these machines are able to work under hardest working conditions for many years.
The vices are hydraulically controlled. The fix jaws of both front fixed vice and shuttle vice are having a short stroke thus during feeding of the materials there is no friction and materials can feed more accurate and with less energy. The bundles are fixed by front fixed vice, shuttle vice, front fixed top clamping and shuttle top clamping system. This very strong clamping results no vibration and very strong holding of the material.
You will find the movable blade guide is automatically close to the cutting area, depending on the size of the material to cut. The machines design has inclined blade housing, so that the blade always enters to the workpiece with an angle this helps to take away the chips from cutting area easier and reduces the pressure applied to the each teeth. The standart motorized chip conveyor is easy to clean and reliable and problem free.
